Processing Times

  • Standard orders are processed within 7–10 business days.

  • Custom orders and custom design work require 7–14 business days.

  • Business days exclude weekends and holidays.

Shipping Method

  • All orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail.

  • A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has been shipped.

Additional Notes

  • Processing time is separate from shipping time.

  • Delays may occur during peak seasons or due to carrier issues.
